Finally, we have the first signs of spring! A crocus and lots of snowdrops just pushing through the mulch that our head gardener Rosie has amply supplied to all the flower beds around the cottages. This and the longer days make it obvious that there are better times to come. And anyway – just look at the lovely snowy (not that we had a lot) pictures – not a bad place to locked down or snowed in!
